In 1960s Ankara, a bond begins when a boy gives a girl a box left behind by his mother. As the box changes hands over the years, it touches many different lives. After Deniz’s death, her heart is transplanted into Özgür, the man she loved. Shut off from the world by grief and guilt, Özgür meets Mavi through a social initiative she organizes to raise awareness of organ donation. Unbeknownst to them, their lives are connected by a bond rooted in the past.
