"Ayakçı" follows the story of a man who embarks on an adventure-filled journey after mistakenly receiving the wrong package. Hayri, a father of two, makes a living working as a delivery man, but his biggest dream is to open a discount store. One day, while making deliveries, he gets into an accident and is taken to the hospital. There, due to a case of mistaken identity, he is handed an illegal package with the promise of money in exchange for delivering it to Bursa. Seeing an opportunity, Hayri sets off immediately. Along the way, he meets Serkan, and together they find themselves in a fun and action-packed journey, pursued by real "ayakçıs"—shady errand men chasing the mysterious package.
